Dear our clients

We are thinking about you and wishing the best of health to you, your loved ones and the whole global community.

We want to assure you that we are taking extra steps and precautions to ensure the safety and health of our entire team and clients, (and are only committed to our core operations and avoiding any non-essential services during the pandemic.) and have asked our amazing production partners to do the same.

We are practicing social distancing and other necessary hygienic measures at our workplace including our warehouse where staffers are required to wear a mask and gloves all the time.

Our online shop keeps operating during this tricky time and we are committed to process and pick-pack-ship your order in the best and safest way possible both for you and for our staff.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach us at contacts@contrails-206.nl

Wishes for your health and safety.

Beyond

In 1600, a ship arrived at a southern Japanese island of Kyushu after a long journey from Rotterdam.

Tokugawa Ieyasu, a military ruler of the country at the time, showed great interest in the Dutch ship and soon he issued a trade permit to the Netherlands. Since then the two countries have been building a good relationship for more than 400 years.

Fast forward to 2020, CONTRAILS no.206 was founded in the city which the ship set sail from, as a portal to deliver Hasami fine porcelain products from Nagasaki, Japan and a slew of other specially selected Japanese lifestyle items to European markets.
